How does the Access Pass work?
The Access Pass gives you access to discounted CCBC service pricing. Haircuts are charged separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Text 253-224-8077 before your next billing date with your first and last name, phone number on the account, and reason for cancellation.
If the door is locked, how do I get in?
Check in through the booking link when you arrive. Once approved, you'll be able to enter the shop.

Yes. Check in through our booking link when you arrive for your appointment.
Do you have an app?
It's coming! For now, our mobile-friendly booking link lets you create an account, book appointments, and check in. The full Clean Cut Club app is currently in development.
What if I don't want an Access Pass?
No problem. You can still book without an Access Pass. Nonmember haircuts are $50, or $55 with Marc.
Which barber should I book with?
Marc's Access Pass services start at $45. QC and James offer participating $20 Access Pass haircut services.
Are there additional fees?
Haircut and specialty-service prices are separate from your Access Pass fee and may vary by barber/service.
